The rooms were absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the location made it so easy to get around Lisbon. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is a 3 stars at best

Not a terrible hotel but misleading this hotel does not have the attributes of a 4 stars hotels. There are some 3 stars hotels in the city which are better.

I arrived late and only stayed in the hotel for one day, even though i had prrpaid for 3 days. I tried to get some accommodation from the hotel, such as, late check-out, and free breakfast, but the hotel declined my request.

Great location and nice big room. We immediately had trouble with the Wi-Fi and the shower, so that was not a great first impression, but the staff tried to help. Tiny elevator and steps inside the room would probably be challenging for folks with mobility issues.

Great hotel but the bar is so loud all day into the night. The area is great but also very loud. Staff were great. Room was great. View was great. But really thin doors and walls. You can hear everything

Great location, staff were amazing, always willing to help in any way. The only disappointment was the very slow breakfast service. My breakfast took 40 minutes - there was only one server and he was doing his best, but couldn't keep up with the demand.

Staff was extremely warm and welcoming. The nature of the building and the old hardwood floors make it pretty noisy when other guests are walking or running around but overall a very nice stay. Very large and beautiful rooms. Great location.

Fantastic Hotel at a great location!

Great location! Spacious rooms and walkjdistance to excellent restaurants, Christmas markets and great shopping! I used the hotel recommendations for day trips and Tuck rides by Jahid Hasan and it was the decision I made. Private driver and entire days of sight seeing and fun! Highly recommend this hotel

Le Consulat is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Chiado. An excellent location, close to the Metro and walkable distance to most of the popular areas. The room was of a high standard, very clean with a beautiful view across the square. The staff were lovely, very helpful and attentive. Couldn't have wish for a better stay. Thank you

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing and had wonderful views. There were no USB outlets in the room which was somewhat inconvenient, but otherwise a fabulous experience.

The front desk service was friendly but disorganized and not terribly helpful. Room was clean and spacious, but neighborhood is very noisy late into the night. The bar is run by a separate entity so you cannot charge to your room. When asked for baggage help in the early morning (6:30 am), the front desk informed us they are not open until 8 a.m. There are several stairs and 2 sets of doors to navigate after you exit the elevator with your baggage, so it was challenging.
