What a clean and beautiful hotel. Location is a plus. The room was spacious and romantic.I got the room with view and was breathtaking. Staff was super attentive. Breakfast is included and it was not the typical continental breakfast you find in some Europe hotels. This was a complete buffet. Totally recommended

The hotel is perfectly located—right in the heart of Lisbon, close to shops, restaurants, and the metro, yet wonderfully quiet at night with no disturbance from the street. The property itself is spotless, modern, and offers an excellent breakfast to start the day. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its remarkable staff. Every team member goes above and beyond with genuine kindness, professionalism, and dedication, making guests feel not just welcomed but truly cared for. Their warmth and attentiveness create an atmosphere that feels both personal and memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will certainly choose it again on my next visit to Lisbon.

The location was fabulous! Right next to a lovely square with outdoor cafes and a quick walk to everything. The room was small but perfect for me. I enjoyed the fluffy bathrobe, nice view from the balcony, water in the room, and delicious breakfast each morning... The staff was welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Our breakfast was NOT free. It was quite expensive but variety was wonderful. Room Was very clean and comfortable. The front desk/ reception staff were FANTASTIC—very helpful with everything including meal reservation with Fado, how to get to various attractions and shops and even with plane check in and taxis.

Everything you’d want in a hotel if you’re planning a weekend away to explore Lisbon - the rooms, staff, breakfast and location were all fantastic and the little touches (delivering a cupcake to our room on Halloween, the concierge waiting outside with an umbrella while it was raining) were unexpected but appreciated.

Outstanding location close to many of the attractions, key public transportation (tram, train and metro). The staff was super friendly and helpful!! Always smiling and in solution mode. Superior breakfast with lots of choices. The only point that requires some attention is the amenities (like the bathroom). . Aside from that, superior hotel. Recommend and will come back.

Everything about this quaint hotel is first-rate, and the staff makes you feel welcome immediately. The small lobby is clean, the lifts are a good size, and the rooms are Euro-modern. It is superbly situated with easy access to Bairro Alto, a score of cafes, Plaza Luís de Camões, Santa Justa Lift to access Plaza Dom Pedro IV, and the Bica Funicular to access the waterfront. Also, the Rossio Railroad Station is just a few blocks downhill with several trains per day directly to Sintra. The front desk staff and restaurant manager were superb and were genuinely interested in providing us with the best experience. We will definitely be back.
