The room is spacious and very clean. The bathroom is a generous size. Quiet location inside the building. Easy to check in with friendly , helpful staff. Hotel is located very close to the train station and trams so transport is not an issue. Many places to choose to dine.

Rude staff on check in as I had booked in my preferred name and got a lecture that it needed to match my ID. I have never had this problem anywhere else in the world. Room was noisy, tiny and not particularly clean ( mould in the shower). I had to carry my suit case up a flight of stairs after getting off the lift to reach my room. The hot breakfast was barely warm 30mins after the buffet opened. I would not stay here again.
