The amount of dust everywhere!! Mattress on bed has had one too many ppl sleep on & I’m so glad I’d brung my own pillow! Don’t believe the picture of what the rooms look like especially when you think you’re getting a “superior “ room! I’ve stayed here a few times & it wasn’t as bad as this.

The room was over heated but the staff kindly provided a fan would have been nice if shower had a hand held attachment also the bed could do with a topper as a little lumpy but still comfortable enough to sleep

Couldn't get to our room with the stairs. We were exhausted and fed up. Luckily, a very helpful member of staff changed our room to one without stairs. We even had a nice view and a walk in shower. We were very grateful.

Impressed by the hotel layout and well thought out extras including self-service laundry and smokers lounge. I stayed for 7 days so I had a lot of interactions with staff. Staff attitude at the reception was mixed. Lady who checked me out was amazing but the guys were matter of factly and could not be bothered to do more than the bare minimum. The guys prefer to be argumentative when faced with a problem whereas the lady was very positive ensured had an answer for services you expect at a hotel
