The room was perfect and the staff and amenities were excellent. Definitely check out their breakfast buffet or have dinner at their rooftop restaurant, one of the best views of Lisbon and the food is amazing too.

The room occupants next door started to slam to close their door at 6 :00 AM every half an hour on Sunday morning! They were group of them staying at the same hotel. It was very annoying in the early morning hours!

We loved the location of the Lisboa Pessoa Hotel. It’s right in Chado. 10/10. We had a small car and this hotel has an underground secure parking. We were greeted with the most enthusiasm, and since the hotel wasn’t full, we also received an upgrade to a room with an outdoor patio. The rooms are small, but clean and updated. Staff was friendly. The restaurant upstairs had delicious food. There were also numerous restaurant options within minutes. The spa and downstairs pool, were a nice bonus. We would 100% stay there again. Keep in mind that the streets in this area are narrow. A large SUV may not be an ideal option.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in was fast and our room was great. We loved the treats for us in the fridge and loved being located in a great part of the city. Also, the breakfast was amazing! We loved the rooftop view.
