Great location and very clean and quiet room! Check-in is quick and straight forward. There was a Wifi interruption and it was hard to get in touch with the apartment staff to fix the problem (we had to use the phone at the main entrance). It took several hours to get the problem fixed (we had to use our cellular data in that evening). Also, while it is stated that payment will be at property, we got charged the full amount 4 days before arrival. Finally, there is a communication problem as the staff does not answer to emails and phone (we had to use their phone at the main entrance).

I recently stayed in this shared-apartment style property and overall had a mixed experience. The apartment was moderately clean, but the floors were quite dirty — my socks became dark just from walking around, which suggested it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. The listing also didn’t clearly state that the patio area was shared, which would have been helpful to know in advance. The room itself was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, which was disappointing. The bed was also very uncomfortable — you could feel the springs, and both my partner and I were in pain by the second night. The sheets, however, were clean and fresh. Noise was another issue. The building isn’t soundproof at all, and you can hear every guest entering the hallways and the apartment above. While the noise came from other guests, the thin walls made it difficult to rest. Overall, the stay had some positives, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, accuracy of the listing, sound insulation, and bedding quality.

The property was close to the core area which was nice but the communication with the serviced apartments was brutal. The sign is a digital kiosk and we had one apartment in one building and another across the street. There were signs all around showing charges if dishes were left 50€ etc. didn’t feel clean either. Would not recommend.

We didn’t get an access code or reservation number in advance. Telephoned the day before and was told to ring on arrival. No-one answering bell, no-one answering phones. Ended up on chat with hotels.com to resolve. Extremely frustrating. That said, the apartment itself was exactly as advertised. Clean, good size, and a great location.

Well-located Appartments, walking distance to the main attraction sites. There is also a near-by metro station and grocery stores. I did not receive the instructions for the self check-in but we got immediate assistance when using the phone at the entrance of the building.

Check in was once you arrive and buzz the door and complete a check in at the self service kiosk. Had to call to clarify this, as the booking confirmation said they wouod send a code before arriving at the property. Very clean and well maintained.

This is definitely the best place to stay at. We had everything we needed. The washer dryer combo was great. We moved it. I would stay there again. I honestly just want to say there communication is garbage. We didn't get the code to get into the building like they said we would and I ran into probly 5 more scenarios like that that people couldn't get into the building because they didn't get the code up front. After that check-in is really easy there is a box office basically that you put in your information and it gives you a code to your room that part was super easy. Reaching out to the owner of this is not possible I did it through Expedia itself didn't work. I tried via email It didn't work. I tried the number that they recommend you calling from Expedia and the property itself no answer from the number. So communication why is this place sucks. Staying in their place is great once you're in everything is amazing recommend the rooms.

This was a spacious two bedroom flat which was suitable for us, the kitchen was well equipped and it was clean and tidy. There was not much noise and the entrance felt secure. After reading the reviews I phoned the company the morning of our arrival to get the check in details. They said most of the emails end up in the junk folder. The bathroom was quite small and a bit tired looking. It wouldn’t be great for 6 people staying. It was a convenient location and only took 10 minutes to walk to Rossio square, 5 minutes to Aldi and plenty of cafes and restaurants. It’s basic and simple, but clean and convenient.

Unfortunately it is incredibly difficult to contact someone if you’re having issues at off peak hours. My unit lost electricity shortly after midnight, it wasn’t resolved until nearly 12 hours. I tried all the steps they provided to contact someone and nobody answered until 11am. Better communication would have helped
