The best and most accommodating staff that treat you like family.(family usually does not even treat you this well) We had a wonderful stay at the Meliá in Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make our trip special. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the breakfast each morning was excellent with plenty of options. The location made it easy to get around the city, and after long days exploring, it was great to come back to such a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to the whole team for the warm hospitality—we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

I have to say I was super impressed with this Hotel, from the moment I arrived to the check out everything was outstanding. The customer service is second to none and the breakfast, bar area and meeting area are actually outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone that is staying within Lisbon.

Excellent service Everything is new and beautiful Great breakfast and is included:) The only thing is that the elevators don’t have AC and they get hot !!!! And the bathroom wall is see through with a curtain, sometimes not comfortable if you get what I mean.

Continental breakfast was excellent the ala carte options were a little disappointing with undercooked eggs but that’s only criticism. Hotel is new, spotlessly clean, smalls wonderful. Fantastic new hotel. Great room, delicious breakfast late too! Pool area was super chill. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and Anna (concierge) fantastic service with brilliant restaurant bookings. Good gym and spa area. Highly recommend this place!
