House was fine. Only one flat sheet on bed as a fitted sheet with no fitted sheets. Bedspread was stained in the master. Uses an online service to manage the check in and check out procedure. Didn’t feel personable at all. Check out time is 10am with a requirement to tell alexia goodbye and key out on the door lock or 100 an hour penalty. We rented two houses for the wedding and hands down the other was a better experience by far. Pass on this one

Spacious and Well-Equipped Property with Responsive Host - Minor Cleanliness Issues

Our family of four had a mostly positive experience at this property. The house was spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of room for our group to spread out comfortably. The host made the arrival and departure process seamless with an easy check-in and check-out procedure, and was exceptionally responsive to any questions we had during our stay.The property came well-equipped with useful amenities including a hairdryer, Traeger grill, functioning TVs, and a reliable refrigerator. The air conditioning worked well, which was essential given the Texas heat. However, we noticed that when the AC wasn't running, the house developed a noticeable pet odor, so keeping it running consistently was necessary for comfort.However, we did encounter some cleanliness issues that required attention upon arrival. The bed linens appeared dirty and needed to be washed before use. We also found wet towels in the linen closet, which suggested they hadn't been properly dried after the previous cleaning. We ended up washing all towels and linens ourselves before feeling comfortable using them.The community pool was a nice feature, though it was unfortunately plagued with wasps and spider webs during our visit. While this isn't the host's fault, future guests should be aware of potential seasonal pest issues.Despite the linen situation and occasional pet odors, the property's spaciousness, amenities, and the host's communication made for an overall pleasant stay.

Extremely spacious and accomodating property. Great lcation

We had a longer stay (8 days) so the spacious living areas were a definite plus. We got to use the traeger grill to grill some steaks that were delicious. There were a few issues with cleanliness that I don't think the host was aware of that he said he'd address with future clients. Overall, very pleased with the property.
