Billiards Available

Clean lobby. Some visible decay around shower in the room. Couldn't get the wifi to connect. Two bottles of water at checkin. Fresh cookies and beverages available every afternoon. Breakfast options included oatmeal and fresh fruits. Water bottle refill station near fitness room. Outdoor pool had malfunctioning lock, and signs posted gave conflicting hours of closing (9am-7pm and 9am-10pm). Plenty of towels available though, at the pool and in room! Billiards table in the lobby also. Overall a nice hotel experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean. As soon as you walk into the lobby it smells CLEAN. This hotel is in the perfect location for a lot of entertainment!!! Definitely is going back to location

Horrible Service

So I booked a room with this property and the day before my reservation I called and advised my flight was late and I would need a late check in. I was advised by the staff that this was fine. My plane arrived around 12:30 am and by 1:30ish I was in the dark lobby of the hotel. No person behind the desk. I saw a sign that said call a number and dial 0 for assistance. I did that 2x and could hear the phone ringing and no answer. I was in the lobby over 20 minutes and finally had to leave but I had no where to stay so I was in my car. I received a refund, but the inconvienence and being in my car for a few hours not knowing if I was going to have to stay in my car made me say I will never book another Hilton property.

I went. I tried. I will not return.

When you walk into the room you immediately realize you're the best and only thing in there. Okay. Fine. But if you've forgotten your body soap, shampoo there will be some funky lemon smelling stuff there for your use. The window shades don't go down completely. Huh? I went. I tried. I won't return. The receptionist was an overly attentive type, until someone else approaches the desk. You go on hold. Right then. Right now. There is no safe on the premises. A deal breaker for me. It's definitely a $49.95 per night outfit plus, a hidden $50 dollar charge to be refunded sometime after you check out.
