Concern the cleaning staff wasn't at full capacity

Very nice hotel. However, it looked like the cleaning staff wasn't up to full capacity. We were first given a room that hadn't been cleaned so had to return to the front desk for another. Also, the breakfast area was okay, but the floor was sticky in spots and the chairs were still stacked on each other at tables.

Room was not clean. There was a bad odor when opening the room door. The next day was going to brew coffee and noticed roaches crawling from underneath the coffee maker. Very disappointed.

I had an overnight stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly. They had free wifi. The breakfast was ok, it was the regular free breakfast, eggs, waffles, biscuits, gravy, fruit, yogurt, etc. The signing in and leaving process was very easy.
