Saturday night stay

Last-minute stay so we couldn't do much research. The noise from the highway even on the Night floor was horrible. Street racers and motorcycles kept waking us up until 1 AM. The breakfast waffles took forever because all the cups were wrapped in extra plastic that was impossible to open. You couldn't get just a knife or a fork or spoon ,you had to get a set

I had a major issue with a Drs. appt conflicting with check in time.(Totally my fault as I thought you could check in anytime after 12. ) I explained to the very nice lady at check in and she helped me tremendously. My husband made his appt on time and we had a quiet, clean, room awaiting when we got back. We will stay again! Thank You!

Not a nice stay

First i didn't get the two connecting rooms that i reserved. My sister is 88 years old and we needed the extra space bathroom to care for her during our stay. The room was not very clean. Carpet stained and sofa had stains. There were lots of dogs throughout hotel. I don't like cohabitating with animals. Some guest had thier dogs in eating area and on couches in lobby. You should have a specific floor or rooms for pet owners. When i checked in the host looked me up by last name therefore the room that i reserved for my sister didn't show up inder my name. I tried to give the young lady my intenerary number to look it up but she never put in the number and said we only had one room. The next morning i inquired with the next person on duty and she said she had the room pop up as a no show. I reserved the rooms under one reservation. During booking it asked me who was staying in the room. My sister has a different last name so it didn't come up. If she had just put in the number she would have seen that we had two rooms. Unfortunately we were unable to get connecting rooms at the time which we really needed. I was offered a room at the other end of hall but like i said my sister is 88 years old and needs our constant assistance so that wouldn't work. Highly disappointed in the facility and our stay.
