Nice large beach view room.

Room was spotless and the bed was comfy, we had a extra king size bed and it was perfect to ralax on after a day exploring York. The staff were very pleasant, we did not eat in the hotel

While we were welcomed with a smile and the check-in process was efficient, the breakfast was far from satisfactory and does not reflect the usual high standards expected from your establishment. Having stayed at this hotel before, I have come to anticipate better quality. Unfortunately, both mornings' breakfasts fell short. The food served was merely lukewarm and unappetizing. The bacon was congealed and clumped together, the scrambled eggs were dry, and the beans were in the same unfortunate state as the bacon. The sausages were overcooked yet somehow still served at a tepid temperature. Furthermore, the mixed fruit was bland, and I was disappointed to find no natural yogurt available, which I prefer with my fruit. As an I.H.G. member, I find this experience unacceptable and urge you to address these issues to maintain the standards that guests expect.

Ac kept room cool, room was clean, reception staff in pub very helpful.

The room was clean comfortable warm and very spacious. We looked out onto the outdoor pool. One night we heard them bell ringing at the church nearby for some time. All the staff were extremely kind and polite and we enjoyed our breakfasts.
