The hotel staff was great. The bar/restaurant staff on the other hand was awful. I’ve never been somewhere that the staff was just offended that they had to serve me and the other hotel guests I was with. And then when we weren’t served we decided to leave and go across the street which they were also offended but why would we stay? Anyways. Also the mattress killed my back. I’m 35 and woke up feeling 95

I chose this hotel as it is close to the children’s hospital and my son was having heart surgery. Upon arrival the desk chair was broken and the microwave was missing buttons. The staff changed out the desk chair when they were notified. When we came back from son’s surgery we found a dead cockroach in the room-when we notified staff they said it’s ok we just had the hotel treated for insects, I tried to explain it’s not ok-my son needs a clean room for healing. Nothing was done to help us nor was any portion of a refund given. I’m very glad we didn’t eat breakfast there and definitely do not recommend. Would not stay again.

AC is worked great. Hair in the room. Room outdated. I asked for a receipt , said I would get it through email , never got the receipt. Tight parking but empty enough. Felt safe.

The hotel was located in close proximity to sights and room was comfortable.

It was a decent place to stay..i would stay again. close to uams a plus. some things needed seen to like toilet seat needed tightened up it was to loose..not good water pressure...fridge was not balanced..

Very nice clean room I perfect breakfast
