Room was not clean. Stains all over the carpet. Bathroom dated and needs repairs badly. The room we had was right next to generators so not much sleep. Staff lovely and breakfast really good.

The room was very clean, but very dated in need of some modernisation compared to other options in the same price bracket, parking isn’t on site but the NCP was near enough. I was expecting more help from staff I was on my own with an 18 month old, and wasn’t offered a hand with my bags, and come breakfast I wasn’t offered a high chair or even told around the ability to order different options until a hotel guest told me I could of ordered porridge. All in all a clean room in a quiet location.

Fabulous overnight stay, highly recommended!

We had a great welcome and check in experience, very friendly staff. Lovely large room with very large, comfortable bed. I love the style of this hotel too. Great breakfast, overall a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Getting a bit rundown here. My room had a missing dial on the air conditioning control panel and worryingly the security bar/latch was missing. Im stay for business again as its very close to the office, but I wouldn't bring my family here.

The breakfast was good with a good choice. The hotel is situated further out of the centre of Liverpool as first thought. There was no mattress protector on the mattress, just the sheet.

Won't stay again

We had stayed in this hotel 10 years ago when the accommodation was fresher and very busy. That is not the case now, the hotel is tired and needs money spending on it. We booked a Premium Room but it wasn't a premium standard. Picture of the room is not what the room is really like. Only 1 desk chair for a couple, dirty stained carpets, thin pillows. We rang reception and asked for a 2nd chair and we were brought a high old fashioned bar stool that you slipped off. Nothing like to comfy chair shown in the picture of room on line. We had to ask for a room change the following morning as the air conditioning unit was broken and wouldn't turn off, fan was stuck on max so very noisy and had very little sleep. The 2nd room was not much better but at least the air conditioning worked and we could turn it off for sleeping. The staff were accommodating and helpful and gave us a drinks voucher to purchase free of charge 1 drink each at the bar.
