We stayed at 3 hotels in Ljubljana this trip around the same price and the Four Points Sheraton was BY FAR the best one. The most comfortable bed, friendly staff, spacious room, very clean. One of my favorite 4 star hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe. There is a pool and a nice sauna in the gym available until 10pm, you need to set the heat for sauna hotter when you get down there. There is a small cafe/bar area downstairs very convenient for coffee in the mornings (she made oat milk lattes for me too very appreciated). We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to an even larger room and we were spoiled by it, we can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Free parking for guests. Again, the most comfortable bed. It doesn't seem like it from the outside but the rooms have a luxurious feel. We will stay here again every time we return to Ljubljana.

O hotel é fantástico, lindo, moderno e elegante. Localizada a beira do anel viario de LJU, de facil acesso para todo o pais. Os quartos sao enormes, cama super confortável, banheiro enorme, com uma banheira que pode ser um inconveniente caso voce nao tenha muita mobilidade. O banheiro possui uma locao corporal hidratante fantastica. Gostei da pscina e sauna e usei as muito. Academia e completa, mas alguns aparelhos possuem uma ergonomia bem ruim. Mas da pra treinar o suficiente. Em geral gostei muito e recomendo fortemente. O staff e simpatico e inclusive as camareiras sao muito educadas.

Zero sleep

Main reason for the stay was to rest during a long travel with car. A good sleep was a priority we unfortunately got nothing off. Our neighbours, not sure if it was next to us or below us was the loudest neighbour experiance ever. A combination of running (how is that even possible in a small room?), heavy steps, dragging furniture, smashing things (no idea what), loud volume on the tv and everything else possible made it totally impossible to sleep. This was the case 2 out of 2 nights. With that said, not the hotels fault that people are idiots and don´t know how to behave, but the thin walls didn´t help us. The second night i went down to the reception to raise awarness about the "war zone" next door. The answer was they will check but that "check" unfortunately made no difference to us either since it continued untill 1-2 am. I tried to locate the room myself also to knock on the door but you couldn´t hear anything from the outside. Perhaps the same reason why the staff couldn´t do anything about it either. We left the hotel with zero sleep for a total of 1400 km drive the next day..... This will be how i will remember the hotel in the future.
