the hotel restaurant was cozy and 5 star food & service. our room heater was very noisy and the swim pool broke during our stay. But the staff was so courteous and the lake view beautiful

Drawers in the room were filled with the prior customers trash, which was resolved extremely fast. Minimal towels stocked in room - clean. Our AC didn’t work … it said 60° but it was just warm air blowing from the AC.

We stayed at Monona Hilton for a gymnastics meet. The convenience of the skywalk was much appreciated. Signage to the hotel was not great. It’s difficult to find until you are right there. The underground parking was confusing, but workable. The restaurant was a bit fancy. I think guests would be better served by a more causal dining experience. The pool was small but nicely heated. All in all, a good stay.

This is a gem! Lovely property with great lake and capitol views, friendly staff and close to good restaurants. The lobby bar is welcoming and we enjoyed a great breakfast in the restaurant. 10/10 for a business stay or a fun Madison weekend.

Very nice hotel. Our only critique is to charge $25 for parking per night to pack vehicles in like sardines is not great. No room for error backing up or taking corners when two vehicles are trying to take a corner.

The property’s location is amazing in downtown Madison. The property needs some updates in bedding, furniture, and the hot water took 10 min to warm up. The restaurant had limited hours on a Saturday. Overall, if you are planning for one night, it was ok, but I won't choose this hotel again for a couples getaway. It is pretty basic.
