It was a fabulous location, staff were all very helpful and the breakfast was good with nice choice. Chocolate croissants were the best I've had!! Room was small, which we knew in advance and is common in london. But really disappointed there were no facilities to make a drink in the room...and no tv. You dont come to london to watch tv, I know - but after a long day sightseeing, you wanna have an hour in your room with a cuppa! I think that is something that shpuld be in a hotel room.

Loved the location and staff. Needs better seating. The restaurant was a disappointment. The view was incredible but the menu was Mexican and the prices for food and drinks was high. Would be nice to have more variety.

Great location. Walking distant to lots of things. The Tube is just a few feet from the hotel. The room was tiny. No chairs, no place to put your clothes or suitcases. There was an alcove that would’vbeen a great place for a closet or shelving. Instead there was a 3 foot bunny rabbit. It was clean, safe, and the employees were helpful and considerate.

Hotel is in great location ...breakfast was good....staff were helpful and friendly....downside being no hanging space in room. The end of the bed with the quirky pink rabbit on it could be utilised for hanging space and even a tv. I would visit again though.

Expedia does not advertise these as windowless rooms. I double checked the listing and nowhere does it state the room is windowless until you have booked the non refundable room. It is listed as a cozy single until it's booked then described as cozy - windowless. The booking should be more transparent as we would not have booked this for 5 nights. Additionally, the following amenities are not provided: TV, mini fridge, phone in room to call reception, coffee/tea, chair or table in room. Ultimately you're paying for the location.

Very nice staff, located in a very busy area with restaurants, shops, museums and theaters nearby. They let us store our luggage in their lobby as we had a late flight. Rooms are quite small, but comfortable and had a balcony.
