At 20 minutes before my checkout time, your cleaning staff decided to enter the room I was in without my permission demanding that I check out. At that time I was naked and about to dress up. Additionally, there was a No Disturb sign at the door. I felt that was an invasion of my privacy and security at the hotel. I paid for the late checkout at 1pm which was not respected by the hotel. I have been using the Ramada hotel for over two years and there I am very disappointed to be violated and receive such unprofessional service.

The room was comfortable but there were no glasses in the room and there weren’t enough pillows. There was also no bath plug. I did ask at reception for a plug and I was given one but unfortunately it was for the sink and not the bath and I was too tired to go back down to reception again. What I was annoyed about most of all was that I was awoken at 0530 by some people sitting outside of the hotel making a lot of noise. This was really rude and disrespectful and no consideration for other hotel guests. I ended up asking a member of staff to ask the people to keep the noise down or move away. Unfortunately I couldn’t get back to sleep afterwards!!

Bathroom was dirty, I paid extra for executive room with mini fridge and after the staff sarcastically reassured me that my room came with a fridge, turns out there was no fridge. When asked for a fridge the same receptionist said none available.

The room were so bad that Chris did not stay at the hotel. There were holes in the walls, the rooms stank of cigarettes. Appalling, i have asked for a full refund

Very nice place to stay it's comfortable the staff members are all nice, hands down I would recommend and stay there again. Its right off the M1 easy on easy off. Watford is just around the corner. London is a stone throw away. I wish they would include parking for hotel guests, then it would be a home run. The breakfast is really good they even cook your eggs on a request any style.
