Came here for Star Wars celebration, no complaints. Biggest plus was location. Had a 7-11 literally across the hotel, easy check in. Staff was very accommodating as well. Train stations were like a 10 minute or less walk; or if you don’t want to walk just take a taxi there for like $5! Great hotel will definitely be coming back.

Perfectly fine for the money but the rooms are very small, even for Tokyo standards. The twin room had 2 mattresses but they were side by side with no gap between. The hotel seems to be used by large tour groups.

Great location

Ginza is a great place to walk around and Koko Hotel seemed to be close to everything. Clean rooms but very small based on western standards. Didn’t take us long to get use to it. So it was fine.

I enjoyed my stay at KOKO, the hotel was clean and safe. The location was great for us due to the time change we were up early every day and there is a McDonalds close and the 711. It was also close to the train stations.

It’s a nice clean hotel. Has a couple of vending machines, an area with a microwave and ice machine. They can also forward your luggage to your next destination. We opted out of that as they told us our luggage would arrive the next day and we had medications in our luggage. It’s a nice option. Be aware that the rooms are very small. But it’s in a great area and very walkable. Overall I felt like Japan is very safe.

Staff was mean, went to Tokyo Osaka and Kyoto and haven’t met staff this mean anywhere in Japan. Rooms were small and bed was small. Overpriced for what it is you can get a better hotel down the street for the same price. Would not recommend to anyone
