I’m not sure what the complaints are about— the property is gorgeous. The rooms are wonderful as well. We booked last minute and were put on the top floor with spacious rooms and complimentary breakfast. Loved it!

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was very comfortable, and having my own Yukata was a wonderful touch , it really added to the experience. Close to station Kyobashi 5 mins away and 15 minutes to Tokyo Station. 20 minutes away from Imperial Palace. So convenient, beautiful indeed.

This hotel was a great value! In Japan, this type of hotel would be called a "Business Hotel", a small room but enough room to sleep. Friendly staff, clean, and very convenient location. The only downside was that the room's phone was not working, the fridge wasn't working, and a light was out. 4/5 stars

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Tiene un 7 Eleven 24/7, con mucha variedad de comidas, además buenos lugares para comer y hacer shopping. Pero la habitación es extremadamente pequeña. Pedimos 2 camas y era muy difícil acceder a una de ellas.
