We had a very pleasant 4 days stay at KoKo Ginza hotel. Hotel responded quickly to our pre-arrival questions, the staff was pleasant on arrival, the amenities were great and the room was clean. There are some great shopping options within walking distance and the area has great restaurants. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We were shocked with how small the room was but it is expected of Japan.

Fantastic location, within 800meters of Tokyo Main Station. Easy walking distance to many department stores and large selection of restaurants . Hotel offers many facilities,, would highly recommend Koko Hotel Ginza. Staff extremely helpful

The hotel is situated in between the Ginza-Itchome metro station and the Kyobashi metro station. It is approx 15-20 mins walk to Tokyo Shinkansen station. It is located near Ginza 2 for reference. Recommended however; the laundry facilities will wait hours of time as there are only two combination washer / dryers and loads of people wanting to use them there is a private coin laundry 10mins walk from there. Also, the housekeeping staff did not wash our tea/coffee cups once in five days. Last note, limited English. Use will need to speak Japanese or use Google.

Tokyo break

Hotel Koko is well located in the heart of the Ginza district of Tokyo. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Whilst the room was functional and practical we personally found it on the small side for our 5 night stay. We also found the bed and in particular the pillows to be not overly comfortable. However the room was cleaned to a good standard every day

Aircon was broken first 2 nights in hot humid weather. Only 2 washer/dryers that never clean or dry clothes properly so have to keep feeding it money every 30mins until dry. Staff remove your clothes if you take too long coming back because only 2 for whole hotel. No under bed storage for luggage so what little floor space you have is take up by suitcases. No English TV options or streaming service available to even sign in your own account. Beds and pillows not comfy or substantial. Good thing was location. Close to stations so easy to get around. Safe, clean area.
