Great stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. The added bonus was the electric vehicle chargers on site.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a friendly staff who make it clear that you having a good time is their primary purpose. I just had to ask and a microwave was provided for our room. The rooms are bright and comfortable, and each closet comes with a walking stick for hiking on the fabulous trails in the area, a yoga mat and bath towels. Such a treat!

I Have stayed here everytime but one of my daughters Landmark College Journey. Accesible to campus. Great coffee literally across the street. Campus 5 minutes away. Hotel is clean, quiet and convient........ and the proprietor after several visits welcomes you by name!!!! Today was our last check out. Graduation. Dont Shy away from an Affordable option. A Hotel is meant to be a place to sleep and rest the rest is the Adventure!

We had an excellent off-season stay here. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, with very comfortable beds. The whole property is friendly to dogs on leashes(except possibly inside The Red Slate Restaurant). We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time exploring nearby Manchester, Londonderry, and Dorset. The Red Slate had an excellent menu and we ate there for 2 dinners and breakfasts (reservations on Open Table Suggested). The bar features all Vermont made beer, wine, and liquor, with inventive cocktails. We would highly recommend! Please note that during the off-season A/C was not available in our room, the outdoor pool was closed, the only access to 2nd floor is via stairs, and the room interior was slightly outdated. These things did not negatively effect our trip in any way. Will definitely stay here again. :)
