Checking was poor. We arrived late at night yet our room was not ready. We did not get the VIP Check-in experience that we booked via Hotels.com. The room was not the best. We asked for a room that is not near the elevator yet that is what we were assigned. We like the ambiance of the hotel lobby. Customer Service was not as good as our previous stay.
