I have been to this hotel several times and I have not had any major issues. I would recommend this hotel to other traveling to Kingston and need somewhere to stay that is walking distance from major restaurants and stores in New Kingston area.

Central hotel with tasty complimentary breakfast options. Staff are friendly and professional. Evening dining excellent chef, presentation and taste on point. Great entertainment and a good selection of cocktails at the bar. Hotel is dated in some areas but still a very enjoyable stay.

The Courtleigh was very good, with friendly staff. Despite its location in a busy area, it was still tranquil. For folks like myself, who love nature, more plants, flowers, a garden, etc., would further enhance its appeal. But pretty happy with my experience. Would stay there again.
