Far enough from the more chaotic central area of the boardwalk and close enough to Main Street in Santa Monica and Abbot Kinney- you're a short distance from the best restaurants and farmers markets in LA. The beach & bike path are right outside your door, as is the building's salt water pool and jacuzzi- they are literally right off your patio door. The building is a quiet and respectful, small community of long-term residents who truly look out for each other. The parking garage and lobby is well secured and includes two parking spaces. Apartment includes a fireplace & private patio with ocean view, that opens directly onto the pool and hot tub spa area. Very safe building on a quiet street. Full time, respectful neighbors & community. Have lived her for 15 years and it's truly a special find.
