Didn’t like anything about that place I’ve never felt so mistreated misheard and mis understood! Front desk Gus was rude lazy and paid no attention to my requests and complaints, non working fan, no screen on window, heater didn’t work, no towels, complimentary soap to wash our hands none, no air conditioning, I will be letting my work friends, personal friends, and entire family to stay away from that hotel. Was so surprised and appreciated that there was toiletry and a limited free breakfast..

The property manager charged me for the full stay and than when i told him i was homeless and just needed a place to rest for a few nights he refused to let me stay but he at least refunded my money back which wasn't immediate and it still left me homeless and penniless

The location of the hostel was very nice - right on Venice beach! It could get a little loud at night with people outside playing music but it's to be expected when you're so close to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The woman who checked us in was also nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
