I do not have enough words to say how many scary, almost unbelieveably awful experiences I had in the short eight-ten hours I spent physically in the hotel. I would not wish this experience on any human! I cannot believe this hotel is even on the list of options with hotels.com and therefore to avoid this experience in the future, I will not be using this website in my travel plans and I will also recommend the same for all of my loved ones and business associates. I wish I would have thought to take more pictures, because, aside from video, in this case, pictures would describe this experience best.

Positive Experience

Everything was really great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in room 122 and it was very clean when I arrived. Bed was very comfortable. Both lamps had USB ports for charging. My only negative is that the shower is lacking water pressure..... That needs some attention. Breakfast was good also. A lot of choices.... Overall, a very positive hotel experience which seldom happens.

The hotel was clean and nice but the room we were in for 3 nights we had like warm water. I expected hot water for being a hotel. And the breakfast was okay. Wish there had been a little more variety instead of the same thing every morning

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area was a little sus and noisy but they do have multiple doors that require a key to get in. Which for me made it feel a bit safer. The building was a little run down. Decent continental breakfast.

Customer service was excellent. I left my ring behind called 2 hours later and they went right away to look for it and found it. Place was amazing and clean and had great breakfast!
