WORST STAY AT THIS LOCATION

The furniture was in poor condition, ground unkept, check in was not great, hair in the sink, water bottles left from previous visitors, wood flooring coming up causing tripping, hotel chair broken. When I called the front desk, I was told there was no room service.

Some Great Some Frustrating

The good - beds very comfortable, really nice photos over the bed The frustrating - Floors were very dirty. When I took a shower the tub was black from all the dirt on my feet. All the lights were harshly bright. The shutters did not block light from the street in the morning. My electronic key frequently failed and had to be re-keyed at least 4 times. The room did not have a Do Not Disturb sign until the 5th day so the maids woke us up every morning.

We weren’t able to sleep and rest comfortably People were making loud noise in the parking area till 4am management didn’t do anything about it, Sad, we like to stay there. Cause it is usually quiet, except this time, we stay there at least once a month in our trip, hopefully management can correct this, we wouldn’t want to look for an other hotel,
