Room was good until the banquet hall under us had a live band blasted music until midnight. Whatever you do don’t stay on the 3rd floor (which is actually the second floor). Upon check in we requested more towels and those never came. They gave us 2 towels for four people. We stayed for 3 nights and the maids never came in to empty trash or restock towels. I was really excited for this location but service and peacefulness fell very short. I contacted the property to try and talk about our stay but was never contacted back. I’m not surprised.

The grounds are beautiful, and the lobby is well-maintained with Christmas trees. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room is far too old and has an unpleasant smell. The bed and sheets are worn out, and the ceiling is stained. The toilet is low to the ground and very old, making it difficult to flush and when you do the noise is similar with a plane taking off. The sink faucet was with buildup. I slept dressed because I couldn’t stand those old sheets, also I could see through the gap between the door and wall. I would never stay again, but I might consider it if the room is completely renovated.
