Promised a King, Got 1+1 Single Beds conjoint

Overall it was good for the price I paid. However we were scammed for the room whereas they promised us a king bed but it was 2 single bed conjoined together to give illusion of a one big bed. The beds was uncomfortable. Also there was no laundry service, we had to walk 500m to a laundromat and walk back to the place. They mentioned the wifi is available but you have to pay to connect. Breakfast was mediocre; same thing everyday e.g. cereal, fruit and toast. Anyway it was comfortable, good A/C, and clean. Expected of a two-star hotel.

Bathroom was horrendous, the room smelt musty and stunk. No main lights, had to use bedside lights for lighting. Air-con was off when we arrived, the room smelt bad. No TV remote, when asked for 1 was told to switch it on/off manually. Told by reception that they would send someone with a remote. Two hours later, security guy came with 1 after we pressed them again. The offer/deal came with wifi. We were told that the wifi was down when we checked in, several hours later it still was. Reception staffer told me that I could come and sit within the vicinity of her phone hotspot so I could use. The towels were sooooo old, had to use our own and use theirs to dry out feet. Cockroaches were on their old and very dirty drapes/curtains. Airport shuttle did not take us to the hotel til almost 1 and half hours later. Driver insisted we wait for the 1 guest (did not board/check in). Dining area outside by the pool was blocked off by trees and spa pool. The table and chairs outside weren't used as their surfaces were dirty and dusty. Study lamp on the dining table in the room did not work. The phone in the room didn't work either. Every request/concern we had was done in person as there was no way to contact reception. Had problems with the water in the shower at 330am as we got ready for 5am checkout. Security guard managed to get it going at 4am.

It’s behind horrible. Dirty, run done to the point that it needs to be closed for anti sanitary condition. Disgusting and awful in every part of this place. It should be shut down as soon as possible
