I stayed 4 nights with my wife, believing the hotel’s high rating would reflect the experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t. For the price charged, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The check-in was extremely slow, with only one employee (Adrian) working. He seemed completely unprepared and unfriendly, providing no information about breakfast hours, Wi-Fi, parking, or housekeeping services.
On the second day, we requested room cleaning before leaving in the morning, and the front desk staff confirmed it would be done that day. When we returned at night, nothing had been cleaned — not even the trash or towels. When I asked about it at the reception, the same employee, Adrian, responded rudely and blamed me, saying it wasn’t scheduled and that guests should know the hotel’s rule of booking housekeeping 24 hours in advance. Ironically, he was the same person who checked us in and never mentioned that policy.
Another terrible point is that some rooms have a connecting door in the middle, so there is no sound privacy at all. We could hear everything from the next room as if the people were inside ours.
Breakfast was also disappointing — very limited and poor quality. They didn’t even offer basic items like scrambled eggs or bacon, just a processed omelet served every day.
