Simple check in process. Super convenient parking. Centrally located. The hotel just needs to keep working on refurbishments and it will improve tremendously. Great place for a budget stay with the family.

Room was clean and comfortable. Very nice and helpful housekeeping staff. Also when I needed help extend my stay, staff worked to accommodate my extended stay. What I DID NOT LIKE: bathtub has cracks in it. Water seepage has caused tub to become spongy and uncomfortable on the bottom. Also no tub plug. Couldn’t take bath. And housekeepers staff did not have adequate supplies on cart. No hand towels first day. No washcloths second day. No regular coffee available on cart. Only decaf. When I asked, staff got the items and brought them to me, but they should have had adequate supplies on their carts. Coffee pot did not work first day. Had to call for help to fix or replace it.

No air conditioning in rooms

The hotel.com site said this hotel has air conditioners rooms. I checked in at 8 and proceeded to put the air conditioner on and only heat came out. I called the office and I was told therre rooms do not have air conditioning. I couldn’t leave the room and go to another hotel. I had to stay. I have very high blood pressure and had a rough night with no air conditioning. I’m requesting a refund or some type of credit for false information on this site. I use hotel.com a lot and never had this problem before

Everyone in housekeeping staff was extremely professional and courteous, especially Sharon Hill was extremely professional, thoughtful, and a class apart in customer service. I would give 5 stars for housekeeping and 3.5 stars for lobby staff.

It’s your choice to save.

The hotel is conveniently located. It’s needs a revamp of furniture in the rooms and a on remodel shower/bathtub. The pricing is less cheaper then staying at a 5 star hotel. But you’re in NY so it’s just a place to rest and sleep. I would recommend it to others.

First room was not a good one but Veronica at front desk made it better. She placed us in a very nice room and checked on us periodically. Our room person, Ashly kept it clean and well supplied and went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you to both these two ladies.

The property was in dyer need of upgrading. Carpet was filthy, Bathroom was falling apart. Mattress was 20 years old at best. Was moved to another room when i had no water in my first room. Second room had a better mattress but the tired look was the same. Staff was nice, but I will never stay at that property again.

The staff at the hotel were ALL really friendly and helpful. My maid Aylee was especially sweet, reccommending venues to me and my friends from California. I would definitely reccommend this venue to anyone wanting to stay in NYC near the theater district.

overpriced for the condition of the elevator, the smell in the hallway and the dirty carpet. the room was large tho, and the king size bed was comfortable! price shouldn't always be about location (NY Times Square), it should be based the quality of the property itself.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location to Times Square was very convenient. Loved that! Lobby was nice but the rooms are in need of updating. They were very clean though and we had everything we needed. They did have a sign posted at the front desk about renovations.

Very convenient location to theaters, times square, Central Park, etc. Property is under renovation so the room wasn't up to date. The staff was very helpful though and the morning coffee offered was very good.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The photos are only remodeled rooms which is unknown until after you’ve checked in. The hotel was loud and disgustingly dirty. Even after complaining to the staff nothing was done about it. I was told there’s nothing we can do. The breakfast staff were rude and the so called breakfast is only a drink, one fruit and one croissant. Not a safe hotel as the fire extinguisher was out service and even noted by the FDNY as being noncompliant. Room was filthy and old. Lots of carpet damage and damage to the walls and other areas of the room. Room cleaning service didn’t replace the coffee for the rooms either. We had 2 rooms at this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
