Didn't I had my reservation and was waiting 20 minutes to check in. The rooms were dreadful and nothing like advertised. Very unclean with slow staff. I basically had to check in my own baggage and collect it myself. I travel a lot, and this would be among the two worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

The bathroom door doesn’t close and definitely should be replaced. The toilet flush doesn’t go back to it’s position and needed to be manually fixed. The sink has stains, no drain cover. There’s no bathroom available to use at the lobby for people checking in or coming back from going around NY. Stains in the wall and doors. The carpeting looks dirty.

The AC didnt work, staff had to come in and manually unplug it. They got ne a taxi to the airport and said it would be 120 usd, when we got to the airport he charged us 200.

The staff was very nice. Great location. This hotel has the potential to be great. But it needs a MAJOR MAJOR renovation. It is beyond outdated. It’s not dirty but it’s not clean.

BEWARE: Due to multiple serious issues that made the room uninhabitable. Upon check-in, the room was extremely dirty, the air conditioning was broken, and the towels provided were filthy. My friend developed a rash, and my sister became sick during our stay, which I believe was due to the unsanitary conditions. there was visible mold on the walls, the entire space was in unacceptable condition. The walls and bathroom were filthy, and the smell of dampness and mold was overwhelming. I have included photos showing how disgusting the room was I immediately informed the hotel staff about these issues, yet nothing was done to address them. I was also forced to wait over four hours at check-in because their system was down. Despite all this, I was still charged for the stay and told I could not receive a refund. The room I received was not as described in the listing. I have attached photos that clearly show the unhygienic and unacceptable condition of the room.

Staff were fantastic but the standard rooms can do with little fixes to improve it by a mile. I think it would also be fair that the images not be so edited to looks so nice as it isn’t as much a reality

The room was incredibly outdated and did not meet expectations for the price--$350 for a room with cracked outlets, half painted chunks of objects and walls, and a hard bed. If the room was $100, I'd say it was a good deal. At the current price, I'd say it was exorbitantly overpriced. You're paying for location here, not quality.

Hotel is advertising new, crisp looking rooms but we got a very old room with very worn out furniture and the bathroom that hardly was keeping together. Before you book look at the pictures posted by the tourists. The only saving grace was that the staff somehow can keep it clean enough.
