Had room on 22nd floor with great view of city. Not far from time square, Central Park, and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.

This hotel was convenient in location. BUT, that's my only compliment. It was under renovation which was not mentioned on the website or when I called. We were in an older part of the hotel, and things were not good. The bathroom sink and vanity were broken. There was no AC (despite this not being mentioned on the website). The cleaning staff did as good of a job as they could, but it was hard not to feel bad when you would see the elevator open on a different floor that was clearly in better shape. The lobby staff were hit or miss with being kind and helpful. And they did nothing to get rid of the solicitors just outside the hotel door that would bother you immediately about buying rides or merchandise.

The AC was not working for the 4 days of our stay. They tried to fix it but no results. The AC unit is very old and broken. The windows open partially so the room was quite hot. The first day we had no hot water. The Ice Machines doesn't work either. The rooms need some maintenance.

Worst experience ever. first night we were bumped from our premier room we paid for and put in a room with paint chips falling from the bathroom ceiling, no A/C, bed so old the mattress sunk below the mattress edging. Told we could change rooms in the AM. Woken to drilling and banging, told there was a flood, room they moved us to had not AC, bathroom door only hinged on top and more drilling and banging. Only refunds given were slips of paper to free coffee and old cold danishes. Fighting to get out money back. Had to move to another hotel…

staff are not friendly at all . room is very tight and i turn the heat on, it was loud all night i just decided to shut it off. water is cold in a bathroom but somebody came in a morning to fix it . coffee maker is dirty, i have 1hand and 1face towel to use for a night didnt bother to call to ask for more towels because i was so tired for the day.

The rooms were not as pictured on the website. My room had visible mold and water damage. In addition, the air conditioning was not working and it was extremely hot. The elevators kept breaking down between floors. I do not recommend this hotel because the price does not match the amenities.

Staff was incredible - friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Parking was EXPENSIVE: the parking validation with the hotel provides a discount on parking and it is far from free. For one night, it was $70 full price and the hotel discount only took $15 off. Also, and this should have been intuitive but since I didn’t think of it, I’ll mention it here: Times Square is loud and bright at all hours. There was a food vendor with speakers outside the property blaring music after 10 PM, and there was a bright digital billboard that shone into my room all night long. I slept with earplugs and a sleep mask, and that was sufficient.

A/C was terrible. Room was too warm, had to asked a fan as we had an information that there were issues in the A/C, When the reception was informed she immediately sent maintenance (truly commendable for the prompt action) and brought a fan which we asked, even after the maintenance “turned on” the A/C, next morning it was still too warm, luckily we checked out that morning. Additionally,Lifts though four in total has multiple incidents of wait lines. It was overall an uncomfortable experience. Hopefully they will be able to addressed such incidents.
