Our original room had electrical problems. We were swapped into a new room much smaller. Staff was helpful. Cleanliness could be better. Gym was small and hours were not 24/7 which was strange. The elevators were sketchy. Property itself did not seem kept up.

Nice hotel but needs to fix a few things

Good location. The rooms are average. Food and Bar service was nice. Somewhat negative rating due to: 1) Elevator was broken. no signs or anything and no one seemed to care 2) Checkout staff was unfriendly. Staff attitude is often a reflection of subpar management.

No info about Wi-Fi Rudeness behind the breakfast staff No info or notice about parking or needing a ticket No complementary breakfast or at least advertising as such. Giving my colleague a difficult time for not understanding that breakfast was not complimentary when he drank A GLASS of orange juice. He felt insulted that he was being treated as if he intentionally took a drink. Then the man who give him a hard time had found out drinks WERE free. Very disappointed in the quality of staff. Couldn’t eat breakfast and they made us 30 minutes late to the Getty

Room was clean looking, but then the next morning we found French fries and other pieces of food at the base of the bed. Fell out of the covers? Also they charge $25 for outside parking. I’m sure if they filled or 3/4 filled the hotel ther wouldn’t be enough parking spaces. We had to park in the back and I don’t think it was half full. Other than those 2 thing all was good

Very nice property and clean. We had everything we needed here and I loved how cozy it felt with the fireplaces in the lobby with different seating arrangements. It had a nice atmosphere here. Also, friendly staff!

The property is close to the Los Angeles Airport. Parking is $25. I did not see a I would not recommend this property patrolling the parking lot. Their as cracked tile in the entrance way, the bathroom ceiling was badly stained, many staff were rude and not concern that the room was not appropriate to book. The staff said their was no stains on the bathroom ceiling when the hotel service man said, " the stains were from an old water leak. Yet, the property marked recent renovation. I received a insect bite on my neck while in the property after day

For the money we spent to stay here for just one night I was not impressed. Parking was limited and you pay additional for it. Area was not in an area I’d feel safe walking in at night and there were limited food options close by. Only one elevator was working and the spa was not working and very cold. Our room was close to a tram of some sort which made it noisy. Probably not as bad in some areas of hotel. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. That’s the only pros I have for this place.

The room wasn’t throughly cleaned, there were crumbs of food in the closet when I pulled out the ironing board, which was gross, The staff wasn’t very attentive, I went to the front desk one of the nights for coffee cups and kcups and the admin was on the phone. Which is fine. However there was another employee, a woman whom I assumed was the manager based on her attire… she walked passed me and behind the desk in to her office came back out and proceeded to go to the bar and sit, Never acknowledging me. Which I think is completely rude and not great customer service, my request would have taken 5 seconds or at least acknowledge me and let me know her admin would be with me shortly. However the gentleman finished his call and gave me excellent customer service. I stayed from Thursday-Sunday, every single night and morning the 3 rd floor above me sounded like they were having wrestling matches, bowling tournaments and track meets. All night and again around 6-7am. I mean that was insane. And I’m not understanding how it went on this long and no one else complained. I had to have been a group of boys that were there for the hockey arena behind us. Overall the hotel experience was not very great.
