The building was hot. The only time you had air was when you were in your room our room was clean and comfortable, but that comforter didn’t look like it was washed or changed. When they put me in my first room, the door wouldn’t open and I appreciate that she comped me for the inconvenience of having to go back down and get a new room so they try to make it right and I appreciate that. I think you’re cleaning Staff need a little bit more work?

Issued a room that was heavy cigarettes even though this is a no -smoking facility. Elevators both had puddles of water that no one cleaned up all night. The room we were moved to had a clogged toilet , lovely lmao. Management needs a refresher course at this location.

The customer service was great both at the front desk and restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice and clean. The restaurants food was mediocre. The wi-fi wasn’t consistent and had to log in each time trying to connect. Made is very challenging to work from the hotel. The lobby bathroom had terrible faucets that were hard to use or didn’t work at all. No airport transportation. Lyfts were only available till 9 am?! Being an “airport” hotel should have transportation to and from the airport. The friendly staff made up for all the other down falls with the hotels
