I just want to say that I was so unhappy and very upset that I was left stranded at the airport. I called ahead of time to let one of the Representatives know that I would be flying in later after check in time and specifically asked about the Shuttle picking me up later and she told me to just call when I land and they would dispatch transportation. Once I arrived I called three times and was kept on hold for almost 15 minutes until I continually had to hand up and call right back. The last time I called a representative finally told me that they don’t have late shuttles on the weekends. That the shuttles ends at 2:30pm. I told her that it was false advertisement on the website that you all have free Airport Shuttle transportation and now I’m stuck because your Representative lied to me when I called earlier to confirm that I would have a late check in as well as needed a shuttle. Furthermore, once I caught a cab to the hotel the same Representative that told me that they didn’t have shuttle and that it was on their website lied because, it doesn’t state the days on which they have only early morning and afternoon shuttle on the weekends. I wasn’t going to go back and forth because at this point I was disgusted. the desk displays shuttles on Sat/Sun 5am to 10:30am. Which is a Lyft ride share and not hotel shuttle. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone especially my family. Because they would leave you stranded and their amenities are lies on their website. Be AWARE!

This was a last minute booking to make sure I made an early flight despite severe weather by my home about 30 min away. They were incredibly accommodating with early check in and arranging a shuttle to the airport. Super clean, comfortable, and well laid out room. Loved the chaise lounger and desk chair was really comfortable to work out of. Scan and go convince store was perfect and saved me a trip to a gas station for waters and juice
