Book Salisbury hotels

The bathroom was not cleaned properly there was still poo on the outside of the toilet and we only had 2 bath towels bath mat and no hand tails

Nice hotel needs a bit of updating the shower needs upgrading as wasn’t very hot or powerful doors and door frames and wardrobe need replacing or painting to keep it up to date

We loved our stay at this hotel! Staff was very helpful and the hotel was always clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast gets pretty busy but it had a good variety of foods. Would stay here again!

Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast provided is more than expected and far superior to US Holiday Inns.

In house restaurant food was fantastic! Staff very nice. Polite and helpful. Quiet rooms despite big tourist groups staying at the hotel. Perfect location right in the city centre. No free disabled parking bays however there were two disabled bays in front of the hotel but these are not bookable. There is a NCP car park beneath the hotel which costs £50.00 for the weekend. We requested a room with twin beds and was given an ‘accessible’ room to accommodate wheelchair users which didn’t apply in our case. The downside to this was the bathroom sink was very low done as was the loo and loo roll holder. Would highly recommend. Not cheap but worth it.
