The hotel restaurant closed at 11:30a on the weekend although the information in the room had conflicting information. There is a $45 service fee which you get a $25 credit at the restaurant, again it was not open and Valet was $71.50 so basically and extra $100 that is not listed when booking.

The lobby check in was not specific on how the deposit would be distributed through my stay and made things very inconvenient. Also I received random charges for the mini fridge when nothing was taken out. Most disappointing thing was the garage smelled horrible and gave me a migraine as the grease supposedly was being extracted from the restaurant attached. Overall stay was midiocre and it’s unfortunate because my previous stays were a better experience. Might consider the Ritz next trip to Los Angeles unless I can be compensated or given a deal

Franz, Harley and Maria were great with me and I appreciate their help. Sabrina in the club lounge was also amazing. I enjoyed my stay and the room was very quiet. This hotel is great and this was my second stay there.
