Hotel was very clean and cozy. The bar has good happy hour drink deals and some very good flatbreads to enjoy with your cocktails. Staff was friendly and very helpful especially with the parking situation.

Overall good stay, but lots of issues with the room causing us to switch 3 rooms, but the staff were great and offered us alternative rooms. Breakfast could have been better, but overall it was surrounded by good dining spots so no major issue there.

Tiny room and AC not functioning

The lobby is very nice and the people who work there are helpful, but the room is not great. First, it is very tiny. The bed was comfortable, but it is very noisy, as the room is right above the street. The air conditioner would not turn on. We called down to the front desk, and they tried to walk us through the steps to get it to come on, but it wouldn’t. Had to leave the window open for ventilation, and it was too loud to sleep.

Room had a bad odor when we checked in. We requested to change to a different room but were told rooms were all booked. We were told that the hotel manage was not in office when we asked if we could speak to him. We were asked to leave our contact information and said someone will get back to us. No one contacted us either.

staff were extremely friendly and helpful, hotel was secure and in a convenient location. room was poorly renovated and not very clean, but suitable for crashing after going out all day. tv actually worked, which can’t be said about many hotels i’ve been to lately. it was very quiet despite being next to a club and in LA’s downtown. overall had a good experience!

Nice looking place in a busy area. Rooms and amenities are pretty nice, fridge and bathrobes in rooms. Main issue is that they have no parking at all and the garage right next door gives zero discount for room holders. Get ready to pay $30 for overnight parking. The lobby bar and restaurant were also closed for remodeling.

This property is conveniently located near the Crypto Arena and the Metro line. The staff was professional, and the room was comfortable and clean. The surrounding area has a lot of dining options, but with it being Downtown LA, it's dirty and has potential to be unsafe. I definitely wouldn't stay in this area with children. Overall, the hotel met my weekend travel needs.
