What I didn’t like this hotel I requested a bath towel twice because my towel looks dirty they told me that they don’t have available towel , they are in laundry for cleaning, I requested one after checking in the afternoon and next day in the reception in the morning, same answer they dont have available towel because all dirty and in the laundry room for washing,
