It's right off the freeway, we were incredibly disappointed that our room had one window that was like a one-foot sliver that only had a view of the roof eve from the building next to us. Also, the hot tub was the hottest hot tub ive ever been in. I could stand it, but none of the other family members could.

Very Sad Looking and Disappointing Place

Hotel was supposed to be good a decade ago. Now it looks worn out and poorly maintained. It is clean as it gets but parts of the carpet were ripped and very stained. The beds are hard and worn out with no comfort whatsoever. The pillows have no more cushion on them at all. You get three pillows only per bed which was a surising disapointment. You can literally hear the noise from the next door restaurant and from the street traffic. We would definitely avoid staying at this place next time we visit Universal.

The bed was uncomfortable and the wall paper was peeling off the wall, there was rust on the doors and corner of bathroom wall where the wall paper was peeling off. I could spit faster than the pressure in the shower. Not a good experience. Was in room 131 near pool. Room looked old.

The room was filthy, stains on the walls on the carpet, an entire wall that had mold! We checked in late in the evening for a three night stay and left the next morning and they are not giving me a refund. If I could put no stars I would. The health department should shut them down.
