Do not stay here. I went there because the reviews for the cleanliness and the fact that the rooms were newly remodeled. I have autism and PTSD and I have a service dog and the man at the front desk, who I believe was the owner tried to charge me $200 for a deposit for my service animal which is illegal. So, I had to call the cops because he was refusing to give me the room without paying the $200 and I was not going somewhere else because I already paid almost $200 for 2 days. On top of that, he was super rude about all of it and the experience ruined my whole vibe. I was going there specifically to relax and do nothing. If I had time to get the refund and go somewhere else instead of staying there I would have. The room was very clean. The towels were not and they had stains and somebody else's hair stuck in them. The hallway carpets need changed because they were dirty and detracted from the feel of having remodeled rooms. The bathtub was super comfortable. I got the room because I have had six surgeries and I needed to relax and decompress. Overall, I felt discriminated against and the owner of a motel should have an education when it comes to people with disabilities if you are going to own any business. I tried to educate him on the laws and what you can and cannot ask about a service animal and he dismissed me. I just hope when people that own businesses are rude like this they get their karma.
