Swift check-in process and friendly staff. The room itself was spacious and clean and the beds were comfy! The hot tub was a nice feature and extremely welcome with the evenings getting a bit cooler! Parking space right in front of the room was super convenient. The lights in the room were quite harsh on the eye, especially the wall fitted ones which actually seemed more like outdoor lights. But overall a decent motel and a better standard than most!

Disappointed

We were really disappointed with the room we had. It was an upstairs family apartment with a spa bath, which was one of the reasons we booked it. We could not use the spa bath because it was extremely dirty and unhygienic, with dirty marks, and the water jets needed a good clean, as well as the taps which had dirty rings on their bases. Other than this, the apartment was spacious and the location was excellent.

Affordable fantastic stay

Awesome stay for one night during Crankworxs weekend, Big room, great to have one separate bedroom, the Queen bed was very comfy. Cosy and warm with the wall heaters.big spa bath that you can use if u wish and fully equipped kitchen. We will certainly be back

A nice little room that was clean and comfortable. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The parking was easy and the drive into Rotorua was also straightforward. Only things were the lack of air con and the fact that there were no towels in my room. I had the fan on all night and the window open, but it was too hot. I had camping towels with me, but every other motel I stayed in provided towels.
