No response from the hotel when we tried to cancel due to the wild fires. I messaged them twice while rerouting our trip due to the fires. If i had soent more on the one night I woudl have tried harser, instead I just wont stay there again.

I would never stay there again

I was very cold all night so the next night asked for an extra blanket or hot water bottle but they said they dont have any. I was not offered a heater nor any other option apart from changing rooms. When i asked how will that help? She shrugged. The airport shuttle i asked to be booked for the next morning. In the evening i checked and ur had not been booked. The receptionist said she would book it right away. The morning came and there was no ride. The receptionist- a different one had to be pressed to call the company to send the ride. She had no understanding that i needed to catch a flight. The breakfast was appauling. Highly processed. Lots of packaging. The hotel lobby looks like it hasn't been updated since 1970. On the plus side there was plenty of space in the room and the bed was comfortable, albeit with not enough cover to keep warm.

Was hoping to use the jacuzzi after check out but was unable to. Good breakfast and beautiful bathroom mirror but bath was falling apart full of cracks. Cut up my feet and made them peel. But pretty good overall

The girls at the front desk were nice and always reminded us about the complimentary “breakfast”. They had coffee, package breakfast food (Jimmy Dean), granola bars etc. Only downside we had issues with was the door sensor, even tho we were given a spare key, neither worked and had to let front desk know. Other than that, some noisy neighbors but nothing terrible. Grocery store Ralph’s is probably 5 minutes down the road.
