Check in was easygoing and staff was very friendly. Room was just ok. Breakfast! Well that was very disappointing as there wasn’t much left to eat. Hotel is very old with some updates, but needs much more. This place was very noisy with people talking outside rooms. I would not stay there again.

The room was not in good condition. There was at least a 2 inch gap between the door and the floor so that anything could get in the room if it crawled under. The floors were filthy. The phone didn’t work until we called maintenance to fix it. The boarding process for the cruise port needs to be changed to those who sign up FIRST board FIRST.

Pop-up on bath sink drain didn’t work, toilet seat was loose, getting up and out of bed the plastic was very squeaky. The front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Coffee pack on the floor in room (across the room from the coffee maker when we checked in. Offered shuttle to cruise port and parking (the reason we chose this hotel). Price was good but we were told we could call an hour before we were ready to be picked up. Called, and was told it would be 2 hours before we could be picked up. So we waited outside at the port for over an hour waiting for the shuttle.

Staff was very friendly. The bed was very clean but the bathroom was not. Someone left their used soap container in the shower and housekeeping did not remove it. The bathtub was not too clean. Breakfast was ok and the premises were clean and safe.

Honestly the staff was very nice and front desk was helpful. The overall condition of the room was poor though. There were stains on the sheets and the room smelt of mildew. The neighbors were also smoking so the smell of weed reeked
