Everything was great except for one of the mornings after we got home at 2am from Universal Studios, the housekeeping staff had their carts outside of our room and were loudly talking to each other at 7:30am-9:00am. It would have been nice to be respectful of guests to have stored the carts away from guest rooms and have been quieter at early times right outside rooms. They do know which ones are occupied.

We stayed at #428. The room itself was good. It’s the noise coming from the window through the small window was quite bothersome. They need to fix the seals is said window. It’s as if it was open. The pillows, too need replacing.

A strong garbage odor on the first floor, walking to the elevators. But other than that, it was clean. The pool was very cold when I went in but was also clean. Got chilaquiles for breakfast one day and was soggy/didn’t enjoy it much. But the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
