The condition of my room was poor. Smells like tobacco smoke and the tile floor in my room was not cemented down, the tiles were loose and just laying there.

Not the Ramada experience I'm used to and not sure how they are allowed to have the name. I felt catfished. The entire building needs to be torn down or a serious remodeling from the bones on up. Floors are uneven, the elevator is a death trap, the microwave was white maybe 25 years ago, and the walls are paper thin. The smell of cleaner is overwhelming, probably hiding the underlying problems. Never again. Staff was kind though.

We stayed in room 233. There were outlets that didn’t work, light by the bed on each side didn’t work. The place isn’t as clean as I thought. I don’t think I would stay there again due to the condition of this hotel. It needs some serious renovating. There wasn’t a phone to call the front desk if needed and just overall… It’s right off the freeway, easy to find. Gas station walking distance from the hotel. Besides that staff was kind. Fast check in.

The property is very outdated, rooms are very musky, spiders In room, the walls were disgusting, vents were filthy, the koi pond was super black that the fish were barely visible. The room itself was “clean” but because everything else was so bad it was gross. The only plus was a you lady which I didn’t get her name but she was extremely helpful and accommodating. The older lady was very rude.

Hotel is not kept up at all. It’s old and dirty.

Checking in was a hassle. The reservation was under my name but under my husbands card. They needed both my husband and myself there. When I handed them my husbands card to pay she was hesitant to take it like she didn’t want to. We’ve checked into numerous hotels and it’s never been an issue if we say the reservation is under our partners name. They made everyone behind us wait. And then the hotel itself was basically falling apart. The elevator takes 5 minutes to open up. The rooms are dirty and dingy. There’s homeless people outside. The hotel people are not nice.

Entrance to hotel for the room was very dirty and poor kept, lamp broken, spiders, water for shower never got hot, tvs did not work, room keys stopped working, required AC remote to be returned to front desk making checkout inconvenient, asked for non-handicap room, but got it anyway.

Honestly, I don’t recommend it. The first two nights there was no hot water. My key card didn’t work every single time I went to get into my room as well. And don’t even get me started on the freaking spiders I kept finding. There were some positives….parking was decent and easy, there was also a very cute koi pond outside our room on the little terrace walkway back to the main lobby.

Rundown

We arrived Saturday at about 2:20 I asked Gloria at the front desk if we could check in early, she said no, we had to wait until 3 o’clock for the other girl to arrive, because she was so busy according to her. It seemed to me, she was on the computer, fixing mistakes, but it couldn’t have took her that long to check us In and then continue fixing her mistakes. Instead by the time. 3 o’clock came. There was a very long line waiting to get checked in. The girl that check us in was very polite. I did not get her name, but she needed the computer Gloria was on, and Gloria refused to move to a back computer. She said she had two more transactions to fix. The line to check in was very long. Overall, the hotel looks rundown. The walls of the room were dirty. Not the best experience. I would not stay here again.
