The room itself was not big at all, the bathroom situation was terrible, the sink was outside the bathroom, the hotel was so loud. Just not a pleasant experience travelling with children.

I went with the idea that it was a nice little inn, the photos show a nice modern place with luxury pillows and bright colors, buts its a dim motel. Bathroom needed repairs and had rust in the shower. Room smelled, sheets and pillows were cheap and walls were thin. I felt so mislead with the name and photos.

Urine smell

It’s a regular motel that is being renovated beds were comfortable other than that bathroom was very small room is very small. I don’t know about all the other rooms but our room smell like urine when we turn the air conditioner on ask the manager about it he said he’d go to my room. He never showed up Never took care of the problem. If I could’ve I would’ve got my money back and went elsewhere.

I keep returning.

I stay here pretty often. It is reasonable in price and convenient in location. However, I was a little disappointed this time, because there was no hot water at the sink, or maybe I didn't wait long enough for it to come out. Also, the room could have used a little better vacuum in the corners. The heater seemed a little weak to heat the room better. I will return again, though. The desk personnel are always friendly.

The room wasn't clean there appeared to be blood smears on the light switch, door for bathroom, the floors were dirty. We also had to spend 1 night next to a room full of 20 year old stoners that were smoking so much right outside our door that we could smell it and they were coming and going from 12:30-3am. I didn't want to confront them because it was just me and my 2 children but the guy checking us in should have realized especially when he had to come to our room to fix the ac

Concierge was super nice upon an arrival and greeted us nicely. Only gave four points on condition and not five because our room smelled like cigarette however I told the concierge and he was extremely quick to bring me to a better room and make sure our stay was excellent. I appreciate his hospitality and making us feel comfortable during our stay with our family. Will be returning here!
