Went here for local staycation. Awesome place didn’t realize they had holiday event and it turned out perfect for children. Expedia always gives the worst rooms when booking but the hotel was able to provide us for what we paid for. It was great. The staff was amazing starting from parking to vallet, bell desk and front desk everyone was the kindest.

The staff was amazing! Eveyone was so friendly and nice. From the front desk check in to the restaurants. Great service! The resort is stunning and did not disappoint. Our only complaint is that we didn’t book a longer stay. We will definitely be back soon.

We paid over $1,300 per night when you add in all the taxes etc. We did not think the room was more special than the regular hotel rooms in the high rise. The was not a fireplace and the coffee was stuck under the bathroom sink. Because the room did not have much of a view we did not have room service any time during our stay. The shower was small and tight and the doors to the toilet room and bathroom touced when you swung them.

Pros - Great room everything very clean view was really nice. The one bedroom Casita with fireplace was excellent. The kitchen size is really good. View of the ocean was very good. One amazing thing is definitely the free parking right outside of your Casita, which is really nice. Cons - Showed up three hours before check-in at 1 PM wasn’t able to check in until 3:50 PM which would be 10 minutes before the check-in time, for a place that prides itself on customer service I think not making the customer wait till exactly 10 minutes before would have been ideal. Turn down service staff will enter if you do not have a do not disturb sign on.
