When you sleep nice with your wife , but in morning 5 AM so scary big loud noise on doors. Open door police. You don’t know what you going to do. My wife so scared me to. But I open door 2 police officers. Asking questions. Finally they left but I can’t sleep anymore.so I’m never going to stay at this hotel.

My checking was at 3:30pm after driving for almost 3 hours to make it on time I had an event to be at by 5pm, there was no rooms ready for checking at the time I was told 3:30pm, they room was not available until 5pm. I was so stressed out.. and there was no one I could speak to regarding the problem.
