During my stay, I had a bad experience. I had brought some souvenir glasses with countermarks, and the room cleaners took them. After three days, I hadn't heard back. I called again. The manager, Juan, helped me find them, and now I'm waiting to see if they'll ship them to me. It was a truly unpleasant experience that I still hope will end well.

Check in is listed as 3pm, however our room was not ready until after 5pm. The tub in our room was clogged and had stagnant water that backed up from an adjoining bathroom. Maintenance person said he would need to "snake" the drain to fix it.

Loved it! Was my first time there. Loved it the room was clean and smelled so good. Compare to other places. Parking was not that difficult just behind the hotel. Its says $40.60 a night but I got charged $20.00 for 24 hrs so not bad. Would stay there again. Totally recommend it!
