The staff was very friendly and helpful, and easily accommodated our pet (for an additional fee). The hotel is cool and the rooms are nice with everything you need. The location is great if Venice is where you want to be. The pricing for the room was reasonable compared to anywhere comparable on the Westside. The valet is convenient and they make it very easy to call for your car in advance when you're ready to leave, but the daily fee is significant. There really isn't much choice but to pay as parking is challenging in the area. The noise was a bit distracting, from noises from what I assumed was the a/c or heating unit to being able to hear our neighbor's phone buzz, and the noise from outside went well into the night and early in the morning. I really like the hotel in general and would probably stay there again, but do wish the room felt more insulated/quiet.
