Hotel Palmas is a nice resort property on the beach. All the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were very nice and made us feel welcome. The room and premises were very clean and we enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants in town. We also enjoyed treatments at the small spa at the hotel.

Hotel Palmas De Cortez was the perfect family get away for us. My favorite part, watching the sunrise in front of our hotel room. My husband and I wake up early every morning and watched the sunrise together with our coffee. It was a perfect little date just us while the kids still asleep.

Very loud band playing in the evening. No peace in our room. Definitely a mid property. Not nice at all but not terrible. The location was great and the beach was beautiful and the staff was very kind. Not worth the price for sure.

Property is 98 years old and it shows it Grossly overpriced and under amities even very small pool was cold hot tub was pool temp.

It is a nice place with LOTS of pickleball! A bit run down. The gym has great equipment but also serves as a storage dump. The restaurant, BayView is fabulous! Also had a fabulous massage at the spa. Unfortunately someone stole my shoes at the pool. Otherwise it was exactly as I expected.

Great location, right on the beach and walking distance to center of town. Sport fishing fleet is based here and pickle ball Club is nextdoor. I think there’s decent fishing right on the beach in front of hotel. Restaurants in hotel are excellent but not cheap and staff is friendly. We would come back here anytime!
