Had a wonderful time! Super clean- super friendly staff. I will be back- A few staff that really stood out were Margarita at the buffet- she is the sweetest, most caring adoring human I have met. Alejandro in the adult pool area was absolutely amazing as well. Everyone was great- but those two STOOD OUT!

Excellent! Delicious food and options were plentiful. Staff is very friendly and provides great service. There are many activities during the day and beautiful dinners on the beach with live music, which I had never experienced at an all-inclusive resort. The resort is not too big and the vibe is very relaxed. Will definitely return.

This place is so beautiful! All staff here are amazing! Pools are heated and there are so many options. We stayed in an ocean front deluxe king room and the view was gorgeous! Special thanks to Margarita (she is THE CUTEST SWEETEST ANGEL working as a host in the La Plaza buffet /El Molina. She has a positive energy and happy smile everyday. Dozo was the best restaurant, thank you to Chef Daniel Hernandez, Carlos and Antonio for delicious food, great service and ambiance . Excellent Maky. The Italian restaurant is nice, service is excellent but the gluten free pizza is not good. It’s lentil /garbanzo bean flour and it doesn’t cook all the way, so it’s still raw and gooey and has a consistency similar to fibrous glue. A better gluten-free crust would be the rice flour or even cauliflower. Otherwise, the food there is excellent. El Molino has the best herbal guacamole and excellent staff, we loved it. Live band was great and entertainment was fun. The new gym is beautiful and clean with all new equipment and classes. The renovations look amazing and everybody working here are just hardest working employees we have ever seen in our lives. Hospitality is five stars! They are all so kind and friendly. Definitely worth an upgrade to the newly renovated rooms if you can do it! Special shoutout to Jesus at VIP check in, for accommodating our request.

Amazing restaurants and the variety of foods being offered. The new indian restaurant is spectacular. Staff are super nice and welcoming. Housekeeping was on it every morning with replenishment of towels and toiletries. Beautiful resort definitely recommend it.

We stayed at the Hyatt Ziva for a wedding and it is a nice property. A few minor vices: The pools were a bit chilly. Also, at night when nobody is in them, the water sits still and you can see the film of sunscreen on top. The biggest thing that threw me off was at check-in, we had to pay a $250 deposit + the environmental tax fee. I knew about the environmental tax fee, but there was no mention of a $250 deposit in any of my confirmation emails. However, the staff was very attentive and patient at check-in, as well as throughout the trip. Everyone we encountered greeted us and seemed genuinely interested in our wellbeing during our stay. Also, the wedding we attended was very well executed. There were several staff members making sure everything went perfect, and it honestly did. It was the most fun wedding we have attended in a while! I would definitely recommend this property to host an event.

Every staff member in passing made sure to greet you. They were very lovely and attentive. The rooms were very clean and maintained daily. Plenty of options to eat but the favorite was the buffet.

The resort was immaculate! The rooms were updated and very spacious. The staff was so accommodating and there to help with every need. The food options were fantastic with the buffet standing out! Had a fabulous stay and would go back again!

We loved our stay- the spa was as amazing. The pool service top notch. Manny and Christian are the best! Service was great, Hyatt Ziva showed us lots of LOVE! As frequent Los Cabo travelers, it was our first time to Hyatt Ziva and we will definitely be back - the staff everywhere we went in property made my birthday celebration memorable and amazing!

We had an excellent five-night stay. We were impressed with many aspects but especially the cleanliness, availabilities of activities, room quality, dining options and the outstanding friendliness and service we received from the staff. We appreciated them all but especially the service from Carlos and Alberto the bellman.

This resort is absolutely stunning! I stayed in a renovated king ocean view room and it was pure paradise. The staff is so kind and welcoming. The pool is huge and gorgeoussss. The swim up bar and entertaining bar staff were my favorite.
