The hotel is along a busy and well traveled street in the heart of Viña. I expected it to be noisy but the hotel was quiet and it was well designed for those who expect a higher quality from their accommodations. I will return here and spend more time here since it is so very convenient.

The hotel was ok for a short stay, clean and staff were nice. Only cons was it’s so noisy being on the main road, we needed the window open as there is no aircon so didn’t sleep well due to all night road traffic, outdated hotel.

Pleasant stay in Viña del Mar

In general the hotel is good, if a little dated. Cleanliness is top notch, good shower, adequate breakfast, good coffee. Staff is very nice and helpful. One negative is poor internet. This is an area where there is rooom for improvement.
