We had great time , house was clean and had an amazing view of the sunset while sitting at the pool every night. The only issue we had was with the tempature of the spa, it would not go above 90 degrees (bought a temp guage) and when we contacted host he stated it was at 100( via his app), and to contact the property manager if I was still having issues. When we reached out to property manager a pool guy came out and said the temp was set to 90 degrees, he then raised it to 104 and the spa was excellent for that night, the next day the temp was at 90 again , reached out to host again and he raised the temp to 100 degrees ( via the app) and it was good for a couple hours then went back to 90 for the rest of our stay.We paid for the spa to be heated and only got a few nights in the spa out of the week we stayed.Would stay there again if the spa wasn't an issue

The home was a great size for our family. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. The owner Dave was very responsive to any issue we had during our stay. We appreciate them sharing their home with us.

Lovely neighborhood, cozy home with ample space and 3 full bathrooms! Enjoyed the game room in garage for rainy days and being outside of the hustle and bustle of busy FL towns.

We had a sports team of 38 there over Spring Break! We would 100% stay again. Just some tidbits for big team travelers, don’t go too far in if you have a coach bus or large bus. We had 15 passenger vans and we fit well. When getting to the house, there are two other houses right next to it and at first it looks wrong to enter, but wise fine once you realized it was good. The company responded well to some things and overall it was an amazing stay!

The house was very clean and suited our large family perfectly. It’s located closer to stores and restaurants and about 20 minutes to all the Disney theme parks.
