I love this place. There's so many different places within this hotel to take pretty pictures. It's a great place to bring family to make memories or even a weekend getaway with your significant other.

Was very outdated & not the cleanest.. I was expecting a much nicer experience from what was on shown on pictures. The pool area water was very yellow the kids really didn’t want to get in. It just felt uncomfortable 😣

Check in was at 4pm checked in at 3:30 pm.didn’t get a room until 5:15 pm. walk in room German roaches running across the counter and cabinets. Take photos and videos to show front desk. She tried to tell me she couldn’t put me in another room. I told her I refuse to be in a room with roaches. Put me in a room with a walk in shower. Was suppose to be I a room with a jacuzzi tub. Front desk staff was rude and not much help. This place looks nothing like the pictures. Overall bad experience

I was only there 8hrs. But I’ve stayed there MANY time. It is a TOP NOTCH resort.
